I started with classes and ended up seeing Kalikah performing twice. The classes are great, I've never wanted to exercise so bad, they are super fun, Kalikah is very supportive and kind, I definitely have learned a lot from her. It goes by so quickly, 1 hour feels like 15 minutes so I will be signing up for more than one class next semester.  I was a total beginner (still am) but i have gained confidence and feel like i have improved a lot since my first lesson, because of her guidance. As a live performer she is just enchanting, the dancing, the costumes the mood and everything are just awesome, definitely have a look at her social media to see. Kalikah Jade delivered an outstanding performance at my husband's 50th birthday! Her dance was mesmerizing, and she brought a wonderful blend of kindness, professionalism, and energy to the event. Love, love, love the belly dance classes run by Kalikah. They are small groups, so everyone actually has room to move and get individual attention from Kalikah during classes to help everyone improve. Kalikah’s teaching style is fun and motivating. I love the inclusion of strengthening exercises to ensure we build the strength we need to do some of the more challenging belly dance moves. The content in the classes is appropriate for the levels, and Kalikah modifies the classes based on everyone’s skill levels on the fly as needed too. I’ve also had the pleasure of seeing Kalikah perform numerous times. She is a talented performer that engages the audience well. She has a range of styles she performs to suit the venue/audience such as traditional belly dance, fusion and even goth/heavy metal. I was really impressed with her ability to dance with a lit candle tray balanced on her head; amazing!
